Best fried chicken in Jackson. Also great Mexican. A little hard to find, shopping center behind Dunkin'.
UPDATE 11/7/21 Hubby ordered from Chicken Holiday yesterday before I went to work for swing shift, so I would have something to eat for lunch- *** quick note- there is not a spot on the delivery receipt for you to write in a driver tip- so be sure to add it when you place your order, or have cash handy. Ordered the 18pc chicken bucket. Chicken was juicy and seasoned fine for us, and as a another side note: I always add Crystal's hot sauce to my fried chicken or catfish anyway. Well, enjoy some Chicken Holiday.

Great food. Being Spanish I can say its hard to find a Spanish retira y that isn't exclusively Mexican. This place has a variety of Spanish foods. Their prices are high which I understand because food isn't cheap. If you want to indulge and have some good Latin food then here's the place.
We have lived in this area for 21 years and this is the first we've ordered, but not the last. We decided to do a "Staycation" this year and try local eateries we've heard of but had not tried We had the fried chicken & ribs with jalapeno poppers & mashed potatoes. I was unfamiliar with them so I might have ordered a tad too much--the portions are huge and we wound up having enough for two nights! The prices are very reasonable. We will be ordering again, there is so much more on the menu we can't wait to try!
My family's favorite fried chicken. Very delicious and fresh and the flavor is spot on. I cook dinner almost every night and in some nights that I can't are the nights we get chicken holiday instead.
